EXCITED FOR THE WEEKEND!

I've had a very smooth and quick yet busy week and am very excited to roll into a stress-free weekend. I don't have much planned but am happy to just be able to catch up on rest and me time while I wait anxiously by the door, with my tail wagging for the post man to deliver my pink Chanel!

What I felt like when I got a call from Chanel early this week telling me they tracked down the very last powder pink, lambskin, jumbo flap in the world. 

I haven't used my Gosh, Darling lipstick yet, but plan on using it this weekend. xoxo Karine!

I have some special orders to make this weekend, I love making my jewelry!

Now that I have a full-time job I don't get to spend nearly as much time with Shao Shu :(  I wish I could take her to work! My little ball of love!

IN THE NUDE

Because Black is so yesterday...

Nothing is more chic than dressing from head to toe in nude tones. Black may have been the go-to, stay-safe color in past seasons, but when in doubt this spring throw on some nudes. 

They seem to be working well with all colors, mixed together, and even neon trends go well with nudes. I have definitely been attracted to  lighter, weightless materials in nude hues for spring. 

I am currently looking for a great pair of nude pumps, cardigan and/or blazer.

DARE TO WEAR {SOCKS WITH HEELS}

Happy Tuesday!

So, many of you know I like to push the envelope, so to speak, when it comes to fashion...During the winter I wore socks and tights or a combination of the two with both flats and heels, often. 

I believe I did an OOTD on my youtube channel wearing socks with my Tory Burch flats. 

I really like the idea of spicing up a typical outfit with an unexpected pair of socks. I wouldn't do bright patterned ones, rather I'd choose navy, grey or nudes, so cute!

Wish I had photos of my past outfits with heels and socks...but alas, I don't :(
