GLAD MIDSOMMAR

Lots of you know another one of my obsessions is Swedish style and culture....

This past weekend was the annual Midsummer celebration, one of Sweden's largest celebrated holidays. 

Summer in Sweden is particularly short and only lasts until September at the latest. 

The three short months of summer are celebrated by welcoming the season with highly celebrated Midsummer parties! 

I posted some of my favorite photos from this year's celebrations I found on my favorite blogs and of my Swedish friends too :) 

One day I will make it to Sweden for Midsommar!

MY G4 iPHONE

WOOHOOO!!!

It finally came! My new G4 iPhone! 

I pre-ordered it in the beginning of the month and it was shipped yesterday afternoon. This is my first iPhone and am really loving it so far! 

Still trying to get comfortable and am terrified of dropping or scratching it...I searched the aps a bit and found a few that I need for work and personal which I downloaded, but I want to know which ones you LOVE and think are MUSTS? 

Did anyone else get their G4 yet?

My purchase from Neiman Marcus' sale, last week...Pretty Chanel suede wedges with a punch of silver on the toe :)

When their sale began last week, the shoe selection was pretty extensive and equally as discounted....but I was unimpressed with the clothes and handbags.

Today, June 23rd the sale continues- the mark downs are deeper and they added merchandise! I might stop by to see what else they decided to include!

It's Friday for me, I'm taking Friday off and leaving to Chicago for the weekend! 

Ive been weekend jaunting for the past couple weeks now and next weekend may be a Vegas jaunt....We'll see!

LA KINDA WEEKEND

Hi Ladies! 

I am so ready for the weekend...For some reason this week has felt exceptionally long and I really need a break, good thing the weekend came just in time! Ill be busy in LA for most of it...Going to a sample sale, errands downtown and spending the rest relaxing at the beach. I wont leave without stopping at my newest obsession, Bottega Louis for some French macaroons, jelly squares and check out their new summer pastry menu.

A group of some of my favorite girls and I try to get together at least once a month after work for dinner and drinks at luxury hotels in our city. We love the ambiance, interiors and of course the pretty cocktails! 

Last night we opted for happy hour at a Mexican restaurant in my favorite outdoor mall. 

Totally unplanned, I took several photos with my BB throughout the night which I thought would be fun to post as sort of a story line!

GREEK SUMMER COLLECTION

Hi Girls! 

I'm so excited to show you my new jewelry line for Summer 2010!

Inspired by the beautiful Greek islands and all the amazing summers I had there! There's just something about turquoise and gold that makes me think of summertime and Greece. 

As you know, I LOVE bold colors for summer...Turquoise is such a beautiful color that matches with most other bright colors!

I used different shapes and sizes of Turquoise stones as well as different chains, in both silver and gold. 

I hope you love this collection as much as you did the others!
