...My new Nespresso CitiZ...
Is everything I've ever dreamed of...In a coffee maker, that is.
If you've ever been to Europe and have experienced the coffee, then you know that our coffee in the states fails in comparison.
Particularly, the rich Cappuccino foam.
It's difficult to find a coffee shop who can recreate European style foamy coffee.
Don't get me wrong, I love my iced coffees from Starbucks.
But it's just not the same.
...
I've been looking for a coffee maker for a while now but am not the typical coffee pot type girl. I was thinking about a Keurig but even with all the flavors offered, I still wasn't impressed.
I wanted something that WOW'd me and wouldn't sit unused on my kitchen counter.
Luckily, I wont have to look any further.
This compact, stylish and easy to use machine does everything my heart desires.
Not only are there unique and fulfilling choice of coffee capsules but the FOAM...OMGSH the FOAM is delicious and decadent!
P.S...If anyone knows of any recipes you've tried with your Nespresso machine that you love, PLEASE SHARE!
Also, I'd LOVE to hear which capsules are your favorites. I want to order my sleeves soon but would love your suggestions first!
xoxo

I'Ve never had someone over that I didn't manage to WOW with the foam :) It seriously is the best machine out there!!!

ReplyDeleteoh, this looks so retro-cute!! on my wish list is a Jura one, though. i'm still thinking that capsule-coffee isn't real coffee in the back of my head.
ReplyDeleteI could definitely be tempted by one of these, I love how it looks too.
ReplyDeleteOo how retro, love it! :)
ReplyDeleteWhere did you get your white jean jacket? I love it!

LOOKS GREAT BUT FOR ALMOST $400 IT SHOULD BE AMAZING!
ReplyDeleteWhere did you purchase your new coffee machine from?
ReplyDeleteOkay...ive been following your blog for some time now, and i think you are just Bubblegum Yum ! Very refreshing, and fun. Thanks for that. Anyway....im from Atlanta, and live in Munich, Germany. In Munich we have this HUGE, chic Nespresso store selling exactly what you bought. But we've got the Krups and Delonghi machines. I'm not sure which one to buy yet, but im leaning towards a Delonghi. Here it costs 200 euros, and you get a capsule starter set to try the different flavahs ;) I'm buying mine this week in piano black. Greetings from Germany !! xo Melissa btw-ive been looking for that swedish skin creme here, cant find it. think ill order it when im in atlanta next.
ReplyDeleteomg love your new coffee maker it's so stylish and cute!!! and omg that layer of foam on top looks so delicious and decadent haha
ReplyDeletearent these amazing?!!!
ReplyDeleteit is very nice, very retro , very you!
ReplyDeleteI love my Nespresso machine!! I tend to use the purple capsules for my lattes and cappucinos. My husband likes the black one for his espresso.
ReplyDeleteWatch out for the special releases - they tend to be AWESOME and sell out.
At Christmas they have flavoured coffees - ginger, caramel, etc. Those also sell out fast (people then sell them on Ebay!).
Enjoy!
I love amaretto flavouring in my lattes/cappuchinos! try that! or mint!
ReplyDeleteMy husband and I have been thinking of getting a Nespresso for a while now, and I think this post totally just convinced me! I LOVE good foam, and that was my number one request for an espresso maker. So glad to hear this one rocks!
ReplyDeleteGreat post! I wish you could follow up on this topic!

Thanks for the information. I think that you should wash your face at least 3 to 4 times a day. Youâll be surprised how much better your face will look.

Your blog looks nice, even so it would be far better if you’ll be able to use lighter colors too as a professional design. This will make sure that a lot more readers come to check it out.Informative post by the way!

You could have a pre-made fleur de sel caramel sauce (make it yourself or buy some, check "rechutti chocolate") add it to the coffee and mix it before e foam and sprinkle cocoa powder
ReplyDeleteAww the little spoons are so pretty!!! and the cup with the gold handle too. (Please do more such interior-style posts!)
