AROUND THE LOFT

I've always wanted two Louis Ghost Chairs to compliment the chinoiserie inspired faux bamboo chairs I redid, but I always looked for another style because I already have one I use at my desk. Fast forward a couple years, I still hadn't  found another chair I loved more, so last week I took the plunge. They're perfect. Im glad I did. Next is to replace my Ikea wannabe Saarinen table with one that has a marble top.
 But that wont be for a while... 
(p.s. Last week the bottom glass shelf of my bar cart cracked, so until i get around to having another one cut for it, the bottles will sit on the floor...yuck)
 Corner of my bedroom: I call it my Mr. Darcy mirror, and new bench...
 a perfect Christmas present from my parents.

(The video is four years old so no lol comments please haha).
 
My bedroom dresser with my "organized clutter" 
and my daily sparkly arm party always within reach.  
The current state of my coffee table, and a tiny bowl of Hershey
 kisses to start getting in the Valentines Day spirit.

  2. Love the ghost chairs mixed with the bamboo, I've been thinking of getting a pair to put at the heads of my dining table. Super in love with that milk glass (cupcake?) stand that houses your bunny! Too cute.

  3. I love how fabulously girly it is, simply stunning. On a side note if you need a piece of glass cut for your bar, you could contact 55 Glass in Vernon and have them cut you a piece of 1/2" or 1/4" glass, I've used them before for table tops. Also, I sent you an email a while back regarding plexi glass for your amazing trunk table, not sure if you ever got it? I would contact Lloyd at plasticmart.net. I've used them many times to make custom tables and display boxes. Good Luck!

  5. Very nice decor! I love the Louis Ghost chairs! My Uncle, who is a retired interior designer/ antiques fanatic just gave me a set of Louis XVI chairs that I have to reupholster. I'm so excited to replace the terrible high top dining table/chairs we currently have in our apartment. So jealous of your Louis Vuitton trunk, hopefully one day...if the price is right...I will get one too!
